Before your first visit, we send you a simple lab order. You get your bloodwork done at a location near you. Your results arrive before we ever meet — so when we do, we're already working with real information about your body, not starting from zero.
Your first consultation is 45–60 minutes. Not eight. Not fifteen. Forty-five to sixty minutes of a physician actually listening to your story — your symptoms, your history, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for. Together we build a hormone protocol designed for your body, not a template.
Your medication is compounded to your exact prescription and mailed to your door. No hunting for a specialty pharmacy. No explaining your prescription to a confused pharmacist. It arrives, and you begin.
Follow-up care is included in your membership. We check in at 4–6 weeks, adjust your protocol as needed, and monitor your labs on a regular schedule. You have access to me by message between visits. You are not alone in this.
Membership: $250/month. Covers all visits, care coordination and the cost of the hormones.
